Craddock Heating and Air rescued us on one of the hottest days of the year. Dennie Craddock came out after 6pm on a Saturday and replaced the capacitor, topped off the refrigerant, and changed out the breaker in the disconnect box (that literally saved us from an imminent house fire). All of that, while being positive and genuinely happy to serve us. He didn’t charge us for a weekend call out or overtime or any of the other gotcha fees that run up a service bill. He made us feel so comfortable knowing that he was an ally in the situation, not just there to capitalize on our issue. I will never use another A/C service as long as “The Legend” Dennie Craddock is around to serve us and our HVAC needs.
